Dr Amina Hersi highlights how biological factors, clinical bias, and systemic barriers lead to misdiagnosis and delayed treatment. From hair growth and skin sensitivity to fertility struggles and representation, she calls for more inclusive healthcare and beauty practices that truly reflect the realities of Black women living with PCOS.
